- Candidate should be responsible for end to end recruitment in the said location
- Employee engagement to be organized every quarter
- Statutory to be handled for the said region
- Employee grievance
- Branch visits every quarter
- Payroll inputs to be provided to central HR team month on month
- Professional Tax is paid on time
- Need to ensure that the FNF is settled within the TAT
- Employee files to be maintained in the respective KGFS
- Should work very closely with business team to ensure that the branch runs very smoothly
