Payment methods

Wudbell offers multiple online and offline payment options to make your interior purchase hassle-free.

1. Online Payments

Every quotation shared with you will include an online payment link. The payment is processed through a secure PayU gateway and you can use it pay through all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and wallets.

If you prefer a bank/wire transfer, contact your designer for payment details.

2. Offline payments

To opt for this method, speak to your designer. All cheques or drafts must be in the favour of Wudbell India Private Limited (formerly known as Home Interior Designs E-Commerce Private Limited)

Transaction security guarantee

Wudbell respects your financial privacy, and we guarantee the security of all online transactions made with us. Transactions are secured via PayU, which is VeriSign Secured® and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant. The VeriSign Secured® Seal is the most trusted security mark for online transactions, while Payment Card Industry (PCI) and PayU are under strict global information security standards defined for organizations handling credit holder information. So, transact online with Wudbell without any worry.

Transaction failures

In the event of a failed online transaction, no amount is deducted from your account or card. When making the payment, please ensure that you are connected to a stable internet connection, and all entered details are correct, as these often result in transaction failures.

Payment terms for a Wudbell project

Project and order : A project refers to home design undertaking for a single home. Multiple orders can be placed for a single project (for eg., one order for modular products, a separate one for services such as civil work). Payments are processed on an order level.

Booking Wudbell : You can book your interior project with Wudbell by paying a booking fee which is charged at 5% of the final quote or Rs.25,000 (whichever is higher). The booking fee is adjusted against future orders. If the scope of your project increases significantly, you may be required to pay 5% for the new scope before design can begin.

Payment gateway fee

Gateway fee shall be waived off for the first instalment paid by customer.

A non-refundable gateway fee of 2%(including GST) per transaction shall be levied on payments made by customers against a project.

Execution milestones for an order

Mentioned below are the types of orders and pre-defined execution milestones for a clear picture of your payment schedule. At the execution milestone, 40 – 50% of the work in terms of the order value, is completed. Once the order reaches this milestone, the balance 50% payment is due.

Payment terms for 29-day delivery (only available in Bangalore):

5% of the final quote or Rs.25,000 (whichever is higher) on booking

50% of project value at order confirmation

100% payment within 7 days of order confirmation (manufacturing only begins post 100% payment)

Payment terms for an order

In case your booking fee is already adjusted against an order(s), the following payment terms will apply for all subsequent orders. Need to be placed at 50% payment.

Terms & Conditions

Delays in making a payment at any stage can cause a delay in the project completion. Wudbell is not liable for any such delay.
In case of project cancellation after 50% payment, we are unable to refund any money as cash or Wudbell store credits.

Terms & Conditions

1. Program Duration and Modifications:

The Referral Program is effective from 10th April 2024 and is exclusively available to registered Wudbell customers for a limited period. Wudbell reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify the Referral Program, including its requirements and incentives, at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Participation in the referral program is open to current and previous Wudbell customers, defined as individuals who have booked with Wudbell and possess a valid project ID with Wudbell .

3. Referral Earnings Structure:

For each successful referral, customers stand to earn 3% of the referred project’s value or Rs.20,000, whichever is higher. This is distributed across three installments:

Rs.2,500 – when the referred person visits the Experience Centre for the first time and the visit is registered by the Experience Centre Manager & qualified by the Wudbell team.
Rs.7,500 – when the referred person makes a booking with Wudbell
The remaining amount – when the referred person finalises the sales order.
It’s important to note that the stages outlined above, as per Wudbell , are subject to change without prior notification.

4. Payout Timing:

Referral amounts will be processed between the 15th to 20th of each month.

If the referred person achieves a milestone between the 1st and 14th, the referral payout will be processed in the same month. If the milestone is achieved between the 15th and 30th, the payout will occur in the subsequent month.

5. Invalidated Referrals:

Referrals will be invalidated if the referred person has already contacted Wudbell prior to being referred or if the amount paid for the referred project (post-discounts & inclusive of taxes) is below Rs.3.5 lakh. Wudbell has the right to invalidate referrals in case of discrepancies regarding the referred project’s status.

6. Fraudulent Practices:

During the payout process, if fraudulent practices are detected, the customer will be deemed ineligible for the referral program.

7. Employee Eligibility:

Wudbell employees are not eligible to participate in the referral program. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure fairness and transparency in the referral program. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact us.

8. Multiple Referrals:

In case of multiple referrals for the same person, the referral credit will be assigned to the individual whose referral was recorded first in our system. Wudbell determines this based on the timestamp of the referral entry. It is important to note that Wudbell holds the authority to make the final decision on referral credit allocation.
